Meet Our Team

Founder & Mental Health Counselor (Telehealth only)

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that has been practicing in the mental health field for over ten years. I work with teenagers (age 16 and up), individual adults, and couples. I received my Masters of Social Work and Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Services degrees from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I prioritize continuing my education through attending various workshops, lectures and trainings in order to enhance my abilities as a therapist.

I believe my role as your therapist is to use my knowledge and open-minded attitude to help you unlock the potential within yourself and your relationships. I realize how intimidating it can be to seek out help, which is why I am passionate about meeting you wherever you are on life's journey and tailoring my approach to fit your individual needs and personality.

You will learn to manage anxiety through developing efficient coping strategies. You'll also improve your interpersonal relationships by practicing more effective communication. Lastly, because you will be equipped with the skills necessary to feel healthier and happier, your self-esteem and confidence will soar, making transitions in life less intimidating.

When I am not in the office seeing clients, you can find me enjoying nature with my husband and dogs, spending quality time with family & friends, or trying out a new restaurant!
