You will learn to manage anxiety through developing efficient coping strategies. You'll also improve your interpersonal relationships by practicing more effective communication. Lastly, because you will be equipped with the skills necessary to feel healthier and happier, your self-esteem and confidence will soar, making transitions in life less intimidating.
When I am not in the office seeing clients, you can find me enjoying nature with my husband and dogs, watching my nieces' soccer games, or trying out a new restaurant!

I realize that people have many challenges and stressors throughout life and it is important to have someone to talk to who is trained to help in an objective manner. If you need someone to help you process issues and overcome challenges, you are in the right place.
I can help teach you skills to better manage anxiety, depression, feeling overwhelmed, and many other every day issues.
